Google maps is back for your Apple devices and it’s better than ever. It’s back with all the things we loved about it, the new Google Maps for iOS has Turn by Turn Navigation, Public Transit Directions and Street View. So you can now finally ditch Apple maps on your iOS device and get the far more superior map application that is, Google Maps.



Although Apple Maps will still be the default mapping system for your iPhone, and you cannot delete it completely (just hide it on a folder where other apps like the “Stocks” belong), it’s still a great development because you know you have access to a native Google Maps app on your device where you can use the much loved Turn by Turn Navigation, Public Transit Directions and Street View.
