Just after releasing the iOS 6.1.2 update, Apple has released the iOS 6.1.3 beta for iOS developers, this includes developers for the iPhone, iPad, and the iPod Touch or iTouch. The recent updates were designed to fix bugs in iOS. The iOS 6.1.3 update is reported to to fix the Lock screen bug along with several enhancements to Apple Maps App specifically for Japan.

Also, unconfirmed reports surface that the new update will also address and fix the exploits that were used in the recent Jailbreaks.
So if you are an iOS developer you should be able to have access to the iOS 6.1.3 beta update, as for us regular iOS users, there is still no date for the public release of iOS 6.1.3. So stay tuned.
